Dobroslav Village Council Boosts Mobilization Training Funding by ₴4.2M

During an extraordinary session, the deputies of the Dobroslav village council increased funding for the mobilization training program for 2021-2025 by UAH 4 million 200 thousand.

According to an intent correspondent, this brings the total amount of the program to UAH 92 million 401.4 thousand. In 2025, the program has already been funded by UAH 7 million 57.1 thousand.

In addition, the deputies made changes to the settlement budget. The revenue side of the general fund was increased by UAH 3 million 700 thousand, and the special fund by UAH 50 million due to the fact that UAH 50 million is transferred from the state budget for the implementation of projects under the program for the restoration of Ukraine to reconstruct one of the buildings of the Dobroslav kindergarten. The expenditure side was increased by UAH 55 million 600 thousand, including UAH 5 million 348.3 thousand for the general fund and UAH 50 million 251.6 thousand for the special fund. As mentioned above, UAH 50 million will be used to reconstruct one of the buildings of the Dobroslav kindergarten.

UAH 300 thousand was allocated for current expenses to the management bodies of the Dobroslav village council, and UAH 200 thousand for salaries and benefits to the Center for Social Services. Expenditures for improvement were increased by UAH 1 million 299 thousand, including UAH 1 million 179.7 thousand for the general fund and UAH 60 thousand for the special fund.

Expenditures for general secondary education institutions were increased by UAH 1 million 191 thousand, of which UAH 500 thousand was allocated from the development budget (which was reduced accordingly) and transferred to the design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the canteen at the Dobroslav Lyceum, UAH 41 thousand - for the construction of a foundation slab for a generator at the Kremydiv secondary school. UAH 85 thousand was allocated to cultural institutions for current expenses.

According to Olga Zadorozhnaya, head of the financial department of the Dobroslav village council, due to the increase in electricity prices, it is necessary to increase spending on street lighting (by UAH 1 million). UAH 250,000 was allocated for the preparation of design estimates for the reconstruction of the building of the Center for the Development of Resilience, Social Adaptation and Post-Medical Rehabilitation, and another UAH 100,000 was spent on the implementation of the program for the burial of military personnel.
