Dobroslav deputies held an extraordinary meeting to allocate funds for school meals

Deputies of the Dobroslav village council of Odesa Oblast voted at an extraordinary session to allocate a subvention for meals for pupils in grades 1-4 in the community's schools.

According to Olha Zadorozhna, head of the financial department of the Dobroslav village council, the money will come from the educational subvention from the state budget of Ukraine, and the state will allocate UAH 268,500 to support people with special needs in secondary schools.

Olha Zadorozhna explained to the deputies that 70% of the state budget and 30% of the local budget are spent on school meals. Another UAH 220 thousand was allocated for winterization.

The deputies also donated housing to anti-terrorist operation participants Vitaliy Kudryashov and Ivan Bedereu in the territory of the Shompolivsky starosta district (Stari Shompoly village), where they renovated a house with two apartments. The head of the village council, Liudmyla Prokopechko, explained that since 2016, the veterans had not lived in this house as owners, and now they have been given the apartments as their property, as they have completed all the necessary documents.

The deputies also supported other changes to the budget, increasing the budget revenues by UAH 19 million 395 thousand, including UAH 18 million 764.7 thousand for the general fund, UAH 630.3 thousand for the special fund, and UAH 1 million 410 thousand for the general fund.

At the expense of the educational subvention from the state budget to local budgets, UAH 15 million 456.3 thousand was provided for the payment of salaries to pedagogical workers from September to the end of this year, UAH 224.5 thousand - a subvention from the state budget to local budgets for additional payments to pedagogical workers of general secondary education institutions for August only - UAH 1,300, UAH 224.5 thousand, a subvention from the local budget for the implementation of transferred expenditures in the field of education - Inclusive Resource Center - salaries from September to the end of this year Special fund - educational subvention from the state budget for meals for pupils of secondary schools - UAH 630.3 thousand.

Expenditures are planned to increase by UAH 19 million 395 thousand, including UAH 18 million 764.3 thousand for the general fund and UAH 630.3 thousand for the special fund. UAH 1 million 300 thousand - a subvention from the local budget to the regional budget for material and technical support of the military (for centralized support of the regional state administration of military formations).
