Maksym Kondratiuk, a senior detective at the Territorial Department of the Bureau of Economic Security in Odesa Oblast, filed a declaration on the purchase of an apartment in Odesa with a total area of 117 square meters, which cost UAH 4.22 million at the time of purchase. He bought the apartment on October 24, 2024, with a one-time expenditure of UAH 844.2 thousand.
In 2023 , Maksym Kondratiuk declared a salary of UAH 426,500.
In addition, the detective's family owns a 47.6 m² apartment owned by his wife, purchased in 2014 for UAH 295,120.
Kondratiuk indicated in his declaration that he uses a 2017 Hyundai Tucson car owned by his father, Ihor Kondratiuk. He has the right to drive this car, but its market value is not indicated in the declaration.
