Deputy head of Mykolaiv region declared over a million in income

Vyacheslav Bazarenko, deputy head of Mykolaiv Regional Military District Administration, declared more than one million hryvnias of income from business activities in 2024.

This is evidenced by data from the Unified State Register of Declarations.

Bazarenko, who was appointed in May 2025, published his declaration for 2024. According to the document, his income from business activities amounted to UAH 1,374,164, and his pension was UAH 23,610. His wife, Mariana Kartashova, declared UAH 737,147 from business activities, UAH 380,716 in salary at Unikit Group LLC, and UAH 45,835 in additional bonuses from the same company. Bazarenko's family, including his two sons, also received UAH 136,320 in social benefits, including those for internally displaced persons.

As for savings, the official keeps USD 68,000 in cash, and his wife keeps USD 30,000. The declaration also states that Bazarenko is the owner of the copyright to the "Enterprise Management System, Automation System" worth UAH 1,400,000. In addition, he owns corporate rights to 99.99% of the shares of Keirfor-Yu Health Center LLC (UAH 3,511,386) and 50% of the shares of SetPet LLC (UAH 231,000). Since 2018, his wife has owned 100% of shares in Ukrainian Labor Solutions LLC worth UAH 1,000. The declarant is a member of the Ukrainian Digital Front charitable foundation.

Mariana Kartashova, the wife of Vyacheslav Bazarenko, Deputy Head of Mykolaiv Regional Military District Administration, has owned a third of a 37.9 square meter apartment in Mykolaiv since 2005. She has also owned a 462-square-meter plot of land in the same city since 2023. The value of both properties is not indicated in the declaration.

Since 2024, all four members of Bazarenko's family have owned equal shares of 25% each of a 23.1-square-meter room in Mykolaiv, the value of which is also not specified. As for transportation, the official's wife has owned an Audi A4 since 2020. made in 2008, worth 310,000 hryvnias. In 2023, Viacheslav Bazarenko himself purchased a Mazda 5 made in 2008 for UAH 260,000.
