On July 11, Belyalov was taken from the colony in the Novgorod region. For a long time, his family did not know where he went. Only at the end of July he was able to report that he was in Veliky Novgorod, but did not know his final destination.

According to his mother, he is not allowed to make phone calls, and letters from him are not received. "He said: 'Mom, I sent you several letters. You don't answer,' and I say: 'I haven't received a single letter from you,'" said Zekiye Belyalova.
