Viktor Debeliy, the head of the Ivanivka village military administration of the Genichesk district, has been officially suspended from his duties. According to the court's decision, the ban will be in effect at least until March 21, 2026.

This became known from the decision of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.

The investigation found that Viktor Debeliy, 66, the head of the Ivanivka village military administration, together with his first deputy and the head of the accounting department, organized systematic extortion of money from their own employees. Since March 2023, employees of the administration and the village council have been forced to return part of their bonuses by transferring funds to the bank card of the head of the accounting department. To put pressure on those who disagreed, the officials used threats of dismissal, deprivation of payments, or transfer to idle time.

According to law enforcement officers, the total amount of illicit enrichment from the bonus scheme reached UAH 930 thousand. Currently, Viktor Debelom, who used to be a farmer and headed the community from the Servant of the People party, is charged with obtaining large-scale illegal benefits. After posting bail of more than UAH 600,000, the suspect was released from the pre-trial detention center, but surrendered his passport and remains under restrictions on leaving Kryvyi Rih until the investigation is completed.

As a reminder, Intent also wrote that since October 2025, the head of the Ivanivka village military administration of the Henichesk district has no longer received a monthly bonus. This is due to the investigation of a corruption crime.
