The High Anti-Corruption Court will consider the claim of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to confiscate two cars used by the family of Serhiy Korak, head of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Territorial Center for Manning and Social Support in Odesa Oblast.

This decision was made by the HACC on June 19, according to Slovo i Dilo.

As you know, the SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit to confiscate the cars of the head of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District TSC, Serhii Korak. An analysis of the income and expenses of the official and his family established the impossibility of acquiring this property from legal sources. Also, at the request of the prosecutor, the court seized the vehicles as an interim measure.
