The Odesa-based company will equip a shelter in one of the buildings of the Liubashiv Multidisciplinary Hospital. For this, the contractor will receive almost UAH 4 million from the budget.
The relevant information is available in the Prozorro e-procurement system.
The auction in the format of open bidding with special features was held on November 10. It was attended by a single participant who offered to carry out the repair work for UAH 3 million 892 thousand, which is UAH 92 thousand less than the budget. Thus, South Ukrainian Construction Company LLC was awarded the contract without competition. The company is currently waiting for the contract to be signed with the Liubashiv hospital.

The contract is for the repair of a shelter in the basement of the main building of the medical institution.
It is worth adding that the Liubashiv Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Hospital is the main healthcare institution in the Liubashivska settlement community. It provides qualified round-the-clock medical care to residents of Podilskyi and Berezivskyi districts of Odesa Oblast and adjacent districts of Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad Oblasts. Its specialty is providing emergency assistance to victims on the Kyiv-Odesa highway.
According to the YouControl service, South Ukrainian Construction Company LLC was registered in September 2019 in Odesa. The authorized capital is UAH 100 thousand. The director is Dmytro Tereshchenko. The owner is Anna Kurakova. The company is engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential premises and has never received any government orders.
