Contractor selected in Odesa region to repair 10 kilometers of roads for 177 million

The Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Odesa Oblast has selected a contractor for the overhaul of the public road of national importance, the Starokozache-Belhorod-Dnistrovskyi checkpoint.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

It concerns a road section of approximately 10.5 kilometers. Two companies took part in the auction: Avtomagistral-Pivden Limited Liability Company and Paritetbudinvest Construction Company. The winner was Avtomagistral-Pivden LLC, which offered to repair the road for UAH 177 million 599 thousand.

According to YouControl, the owners of Avtomagistral-Pivden LLC until September 2022 were Valeriy Korotkov and Oleh Nalyvanyi from Odesa. Currently, the ultimate beneficiary is Oleksandr Boyko, a resident of Odesa region.

The company is also included in the list of selected Ukravtodor contractors who received the largest contracts during the Big Construction. In 2021 alone, Avtomagistral-Pivden received contracts worth UAH 58.9 billion.

In August, the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Odesa Oblast also held seven auctions to select companies that will be paid for the ongoing repair of border crossing points.

All auctions were held in the format of open bidding with peculiarities, but each had at least two participants. Avtomagistral-Pivden and Road Construction Management 58 won the most contracts - two each.

"Avtomagistral-Pivden won the right to repair the Lesne-Seits and Maloyaroslavets 1-Chadyr-Lunga checkpoints. If the contracts are signed, the company expects to receive UAH 34 million 796 thousand for the two repairs. Road Construction Management - 58 LLC won the right to repair the Vynohradivka-Vulkenesti and Augustove 1-Basarabianske checkpoints for a total of UAH 47 million 566.5 thousand.
