On Thursday, June 19, at 11:00 a meeting of the executive committee of the Odesa City Council will be held.

This became known from an announcement published on the website of the Odesa municipality.

The agenda includes issues related to finance, municipal property, medicine, ecology, assistance to war victims, city development, and changes in the names of institutions.

At the meeting, the members of the executive committee are to extend the City Target Program for the Development of Territorial Defense Units and Volunteer Formations of the City's Territorial Community, establish territorial special civil defense services of the Odesa City Link, and determine the needs of the Odesa Territorial Community for a fund for civil defense facilities.

The commission members will also have to approve a number of decisions of the commission for consideration of compensation for destroyed real estate. In addition, they will consider decisions on the partial dismantling of five buildings and the complete liquidation of fifteen.

In May, an extraordinary executive committee announced the dismantling of four residential buildings that had been completely destroyed by Russian shelling. The deputies decided that the dismantling would be carried out on Skisna, Agronomichna, Zadniprovsky and Mykola Borovskoho streets.

At a regular meeting, they also authorized the installation of new advertising structures and terminated the existing ones. In addition, the issue of transferring project documentation for the repair of two bomb shelters in the city center will be resolved. They also transferred the property from the balance sheet of the city humanitarian center to other municipal institutions.

Particular attention was paid to providing apartments to Odessans in different parts of the city, in particular on Akademika Korolyova, Buvalkina, and Futuristiv Lane. Several decisions concerned the payment of compensation for destroyed or damaged housing as a result of hostilities.
