The Department of Education of the Chornomorsk City Council of Odesa District has conducted a procurement to select a supplier of multimedia equipment sets for the New Ukrainian School.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of "request for quotation (price)", which is a procurement method through Prozorro Market that can be used by the client to determine the best price.

The procedure may seem similar to open bidding, but there are some peculiarities:

The supplier can either accept the offer or ignore it. If the supplier decides to respond to the request, in this case, in the "Registration of offers" block, it is necessary to indicate its price (it may be lower than the customer specified in his request) and select the product.

Only one company took part in the procurement - Didacticlab Limited Liability Company, which expects to receive UAH 4 million 250 thousand for 17 sets of equipment to be delivered by March 20.

According to the YouControl service, Didacticlab LLC was registered in 2019 in Kyiv. The owner is Yulia Bondarenko.

The company has repeatedly won tenders in Odesa region. In December 2024, the Center for Financing and Economic Activity of Educational Institutions of the Peresypskyi District of Odesa held a tender to select a company to supply equipment for classrooms in schools. The winner was the only participant, Didacticlab Limited Liability Company.
