Car explodes in Odesa: one person injured

In the morning, on Saturday, July 5, an explosion occurred in a car in Odesa's Kyivskyi district. As a result, a man was injured.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police in Odesa region.

The police received a report of an explosion in an Opel car on Varnenska Street this morning.

According to preliminary information, a man inside the vehicle was injured. He is being provided with medical assistance.

The investigative team of the territorial police unit and the bomb squad are working at the scene.

"The legal qualification of the incident will be provided after all the circumstances are clarified," the police said.
