Prosecutors of the Voznesensk District Prosecutor's Office have filed an indictment against the director of a limited liability company. According to the investigation, the official misappropriated budget funds using his official position and entered false information into official documents.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

He is charged with crimes under Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (misappropriation of property by abuse of office committed under martial law) and Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery).

According to the investigation, the head of a contractor organization, while fulfilling a contract for routine repairs at a school in Voznesensk, entered false information in the acts of work performed. In particular, he artificially inflated the amount of work and the cost of materials used.

As a result of such actions, the territorial community of Voznesensk suffered losses in the amount of over UAH 230 thousand. The pre-trial investigation was conducted by the Investigation Department of the Voznesensk District Police Department, with operational support provided by the Security Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region.

The defendant is charged with crimes under Part 4 of Art. 191 and Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. If proven guilty, he faces 5 to 8 years in prison with disqualification to hold certain positions.

In addition, the Ingulsky District Court of Mykolaiv temporarily suspended Viktor Vlasiuk , the head of the Domanivka village council, from his duties.

On September 23, 2025, the official received a notice of suspicion of committing crimes under Part 4 of Article 191 and Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The accusation is based on the fact that during 2021-2023, according to the investigation, Vlasyuk entered false information in official documents.

These actions concerned the employment of his son as a driver for the village council. The court decision emphasizes that the village head's son did not actually perform his duties, but regularly received salary and other payments. The total amount of damage caused to the community budget through these manipulations is UAH 186 thousand.
