Bread supplier selected for patients of Odesa mental health center

The Odesa Regional Medical Center for Mental Health has conducted a procurement to select a supplier of freshly baked bakery and confectionery products.

This is reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

In particular, it is about 27.4 thousand kilograms of bread made from a mixture of rye and wheat flour, without packaging, and 36.5 thousand kilograms of bread made from wheat flour, without packaging. The auction was held on January 10 with the participation of Batkivsky Khlib Limited Liability Company and Project Invest XXI Limited Liability Company. Batkivsky Khlib was chosen as the winner: the company agreed to work for UAH 1 million 533.6 thousand.

According to the YouControl service, Batkivsky Khlib LLC was registered in Odesa in 2017. The owner and director is Victoria Bidiuk.

Earlier, the Odesa Regional Medical Center for Mental Health ordered catering services, i.e., food preparation and delivery, for hospital patients without a tender procedure. The services will be provided by the well-known monopoly company Fabrika Smaku. The Regional Medical Center for Mental Health at the Odesa Regional Council decided not to hold a tender, concluding a deal worth UAH 2.6 million without using the electronic system.

And the Center for Financing and Economic Activity and Educational Institutions of Khadzhybeyskyi District of Odesa conducted a procurement to select a company that will supply food for schoolchildren. The procurement was held in the format of an open tender with special conditions on January 7, and the only participant was the private enterprise Ration Group. According to the YouControl service, the owner and director of the private enterprise Ration Group is Maksym Yatsenko.

At the end of 2024, the Centers for Financing and Economic Activity and Educational Institutions of four Odesa districts held tenders to select companies that would supply food for schoolchildren. In particular, Prymorskyi and Peresypskyi districts chose Fabrika Smaku LLC, while Kyivskyi and Khadzhybeyskyi districts chose Ration Group, a private enterprise.

According to the YouControl service, Fabrika Smaku LLC was registered in 2015. The owners are Ihor Levinzon and Olha Boholyubova, and the owner and director of the private enterprise Ration Group is Maksym Yatsenko.
