One of the medical institutions in Bilozerka is modernizing its heating system to improve energy efficiency.

According to the Kherson KhOVA, the hospital received the updated heating system thanks to the support of the NGO "Youth of Ukraine" in partnership with DCA-NCA with the assistance of the organization "Bilozerka Regional Development Center" and funded by the European Union,

"With the support of the partners, the local hospital received new thermal insulation equipment, namely heating radiators and pumps for the boiler room," the administration noted.

Thanks to these heating systems, the medical staff will be able to provide the necessary care to patients in comfortable conditions.

Before the start of the 2024 heating season, four medical institutions in Kherson Oblast received new mobile gas boilers with a capacity of 500 kW. This was made possible thanks to the support ofthe Coca-Cola Foundation in cooperation with the Kherson Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

Before that, one of the medical institutions in Kherson region received an uninterruptible power supply . This generating station will be used to ensure the hospital's sustainable operation in the event of possible power outages. Thanks to this system, medical equipment that requires electricity will operate smoothly and patients will receive medical care, even in difficult circumstances.

How does the city feel two years after the liberation? How do the citizens who are shelled daily live? Are there any opportunities for recovery here and now? Why is Kherson much less in the Ukrainian news? These and other issues were discussed by Valeriy Bolgan, editor-in-chief of Intent, with Liza Zharkikh, deputy editor-in-chief of the Kherson media platform Vgoru.
