Kyiv-based Ukreximbank has put up for sale the building of its branch in Izmail, Odesa region.

This is evidenced by an announcement on Prozorro.Sale.

The three-story building with a total area of more than 2,000 square meters and a 53-square-meter garage were valued at UAH 33 million 58 thousand. The lot also includes 327 units of movable property. The asset is located in the city center, two blocks from Nezalezhnosti Avenue, on a land plot with a designated purpose - construction and maintenance of buildings of financial institutions. Ukreximbank has a state act for the right to permanent use of the land plot. The overall technical condition of the premises is assessed as satisfactory and suitable for operation.

The auction in the format of a three-round English auction is scheduled for March 23. The guarantee fee is 5% of the starting price. In the fall of 2025, Ukreximbank closed its branch in Izmail and 11 more across the country. This was done as part of the digital transformation strategy, which envisages a gradual reduction of physical branches and an emphasis on remote service channels.

In January 2026, state-owned Ukreximbank, one of the three largest financial institutions in the country, announced a large-scale reorganization of its regional presence. At the time, it was also emphasized that the network reduction was not due to financial problems, but to a change in the management model. According to the NBU, as of the end of 2025, Ukreximbank was the third largest bank in the country with assets of over UAH 287 billion. For 11 months of last year, the bank made a net profit of UAH 8.5 billion.
