The "Marseille" retail and office center, located in downtown Odesa on Nizhynska Street, is being prepared for a competitive selection process to appoint a property manager.  The agency plans to transfer a non-residential real estate complex with a total area of over 4,300 square meters to management.

This is stated in a press release from the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).

The asset is located in the central part of the city. It is a non-residential real estate complex with a total area of over 4,300 square meters.

The main property is a non-residential building—a retail and office center—with an area of 3,670.7 square meters at 79 Nizhynska Street.

The list of property transferred to ARMA’s management also includes:

ARMA notes that the property’s location in central Odesa and its commercial purpose create the conditions for its use in retail and office activities.

ARMA is Ukraine’s National Agency for the Identification, Tracing, and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes. It was established in 2015 to trace illegally obtained property and manage seized assets. The agency may transfer such assets to management following a competitive selection process.

The creation of ARMA was officially provided for by a law passed on November 10, 2015, and the agency itself began operations in 2016.

Incidentally, ARMA is also preparing three real estate properties in Odesa for management. These include a penthouse, an architectural landmark, and an office-retail space.
