An official with the Kherson Regional State Administration declared a house and a car in the name of his live-in partner

A house measuring over 225 square meters, two plots of land, and $55,000 in cash—all of this is listed in the financial disclosure statement of Rostyslav Simeonidi, a co-resident of an official with the Kherson Regional State Administration. The official himself reported $33,000 in cash and nearly one million hryvnias in salary.

This is stated in his declaration, which he submitted after his dismissal for the period from January 1 to September 8, 2026.

Rostyslav Simeonidi served as head of the Department of Administrative and Logistical Support for the Kherson Regional State Administration. 

Iryna Simeonidi lives with him, but they are not married.

All real estate listed in the declaration is registered to Iryna Simeonidi:

The official’s only other asset is a 2017 “Lev” trailer purchased for 5,000 hryvnias.

In 2026, Rostyslav Simeonidi received 969,200 hryvnias in salary from the Kherson Regional State Administration.

His partner received 1.39 million hryvnias in salary from the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast. She also received 12,250 hryvnias in charitable aid and 8,090 hryvnias in unemployment benefits.

The official declared $33,000 in cash, while Iryna Simeonidi declared $55,000. Together, this amounts to $88,000.

The family’s bank accounts also contain 326,600 hryvnias, 5,400 dollars, and 4,400 euros. In addition, Rostislav Simeonidi reported 10,000 dollars that he had lent to another person.
