An extraordinary session of the regional council is convened in Mykolaiv: personnel and property issues

The 35th extraordinary session of the regional council of the eighth convocation has been scheduled in Mykolaiv.

The relevant order was signed by the Chairman of the Regional Council Anton Tabunschyk.

The meeting will be held on April 16, 2026 at 10:00. Due to security requirements, the venue will be announced separately.

In addition, the deputies plan to consider environmental issues, including the creation of the Kovalivski Plavni hydrological reserve, as well as the termination of hunting grounds use by a number of companies.

The session will also prepare an appeal to the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on financing environmental projects, restoring the work of the water management department, and changes in tax policy.

As Intent previously wrote, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Anton Tabunschyk indicated in his 2025 declaration a house in the suburbs, several apartments, cars, and significant cash savings in foreign currency. The main source of his income is his salary at the regional council, which exceeded UAH 1.8 million for the year.

In addition, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, also published his annual declaration for 2025. In the document, he listed real estate in Mykolaiv, cars, his wife's business, and an expensive watch.
