Almost two million hryvnias were paid to the heads of Kherson Regional State Administration departments in July

The heads of structural units of the Kherson Regional State Administration earned UAH 1,718,435 in July.

Director of the Department of Economic Development Artem Mishin received a salary of UAH 70,498.

The acting head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture Natalia Chernysheva was paid UAH 72,592.

Head of the Office of Investment and Export Development Maria Bohodukhova was paid UAH 31,545.

Yulia Ivanchuk, Head of the Department for Interaction with Law Enforcement, received UAH 83,568.

Vadym Yatsyk, head of the sector for prevention and detection of corruption, was paid UAH 63,412.

Olena Doskochynska, head of the mobilization sector, was paid UAH 66,138.

Head of the Legal Department Volodymyr Moiseenko earned UAH 51,497.

Director of the Social Development Department Olena Mikheieva received UAH 86,803.

The head of the Department of Education and Science, Olena Danylova, was paid UAH 74,323.

Director of the State Archives Iryna Lopushynska was paid UAH 86,647.

Director of the Finance Department Natalia Vitrenko earned UAH 173,318.

Head of the Children's Service Tetiana Lushnikova received UAH 67,789.

Head of the Legal Department Volodymyr Moiseenko was paid UAH 74,429.

Acting Director of the Department for Civil Protection and Defense Yevhen Pisotskyi was paid UAH 88,880.

Director of the Health Department Tetiana Karchevych was paid UAH 90,714.

Director of the Department of Territorial Development Svitlana Vasina earned UAH 87,476.

Director of the Department of Agriculture and Irrigation Development Dmytro Yunusov received UAH 66,348.

Head of the Department of Physical Culture, Youth and Sports Anatoliy Stotsky was paid UAH 79,916.

Director of the Infrastructure Department Vitaliy Shtuchenko, who has been in charge of the department since April 2025, was paid UAH 78,026.

Acting Director of the Department of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Olha Filina earned UAH 81,347.

Violetta Tsarkova, Director of the Department for the Implementation of Humanitarian Policy, received UAH 58,941.

Also, Daria Mazur, head of the Department for Veterans Affairs, was paid UAH 84,228.

Almost 40% of the 50 richest families of Mykolaiv declarants in 2024 took advantage of the opportunity to receive state support, in particular for IDPs.

In 2025, more than UAH 351 million is allocated for the salaries of Mykolaiv city council officials. This is a daily expenditure of almost a million hryvnias for the maintenance of the administration apparatus alone, not including teachers, doctors, or utilities.
