Almost 4 million planned to be spent on electricity for traffic lights in Mykolaiv

A tender for the supply of electricity for traffic lights worth almost UAH 4 million has been announced in Mykolaiv. The selected contractor must provide services for a year.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

The municipal specialized installation and maintenance enterprise has announced an open tender for the purchase of electricity for traffic lights in Mykolaiv.

The expected value of the contract is UAH 3 million 904 thousand 235 including VAT. The minimum price reduction step is 1% or UAH 39 thousand 42.

The volume of electricity is 516,951 kilowatt-hours. Supply area: Mykolaiv, excluding Korabelnyi district, Varvarivka, Bolshaya and Malaya Korenykha.

The deadline for submitting bids is January 22, and the auction is scheduled for January 23, 2025. The selected contractor must provide services until December 31, 2025.

After the contract is concluded, payment will be made in full upon delivery of electricity within 10 business days.

The volume of goods purchased may be reduced depending on the actual financing of consumer expenses and the need for electricity.

Stakeholders can seek clarification and file complaints until January 19. In case of violations of the procurement process, the State Audit Service can be notified.

Recently, Mykolaiv announced a tender for the reconstruction of cable power lines, for which it plans to spend almost UAH 30 million from the budget. The selected contractor must complete the repairs by October 1, 2025.

In addition, Voznesensk Water Supply Utility Company signed an agreement for the supply of electricity with a planned cost of UAH 18.1 million. The contract was signed with a company whose director is suspected of facilitating a bribe to the Deputy Minister of Energy.
