A state-owned enterprise in the Odesa region has been put up for sale for 44 million

The Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for the Odesa and Mykolaiv Regions has put up for sale a single property complex belonging to the state-owned enterprise “South Ukrainian State Production Enterprise for Engineering Surveys for Construction.”

The corresponding announcement has been published on the Prozorro.Sales platform.

The single property complex of the state-owned enterprise “South Ukrainian State Production Enterprise for Engineering Surveys for Construction” consists of the enterprise’s assets and liabilities, including 37 real estate properties, namely: buildings and structures with a total area of 254.5 square meters in Izmail; non-residential premises in a production building with a total area of 2,808.3 square meters in Odesa; and non-residential buildings with a total area of 2,336.5 square meters at 40/42 Golovatogo Otamana Street in Odesa. In addition, the privatization package includes two vehicles and eight other items of movable property: two laptops, a printer, an air conditioner, two metal garages, a crane beam, and a cyclone separator.

The starting price for the property complex is 44,101,000 hryvnias. The auction is scheduled for August 10.
