As a result of a missile strike on the outskirts of Odesa on the afternoon of July 14, the Russians struck a residential area.
According to Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, a two-story private home was damaged and a fire broke out.
Emergency services are on the scene dealing with the aftermath. No reports of casualties have been received so far.
As a result of the Russian attack on the night of July 14, civilian and industrial infrastructure in the Odesa region was damaged. Specifically, on the grounds of one of the enterprises, enemy drones damaged auto repair shop buildings, a utility building, and a fuel tanker.
Eleven trucks and one passenger car were also damaged. Rescue workers extinguished the fires. Additionally, at another facility, tanks containing sunflower oil caught fire. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. On the night of July 14, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on July 13, the Russians attacked Ukraine with eight Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles and 135 Shahed-type strike drones, as well as Gerbera, Italmas, and “Banderol” loitering munitions, and “Parody”-type decoy drones.
Meanwhile, on the evening of July 13, rescue workers recovered the bodies of two more deceased crew members from a vessel flying the flag of the Republic of Togo, which had been struck by Russian forces in a port in the Odesa region. Thus, the death toll has risen to five crew members, while the number of injured had previously reached 12.The number of peopleinjured in the Russian attack that morning has also risen to five. Among the injured is a five-year-old child, who received the necessary medical care without being hospitalized. The other injured were taken to medical facilities. They are in moderate condition and are receiving the necessary medical care.
