A newcomer company was awarded 2 million for trimming trees on the Health Highway

The Odesa City Council's municipal enterprise "Odesa Coast" has held a tender to select a company that will pay for sanitary tree trimming services along the "Health Route".

The announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

It involves the removal of 110.5 cubic meters of dead, emergency and faulty branches up to 20 centimeters in diameter of hardwood trees in parts using hydraulic lifts (278 trees), as well as the removal of 44.4 cubic meters of dead, emergency and faulty branches up to 20 centimeters in diameter of softwood trees in parts using hydraulic lifts (111 trees).

The only bidder was Redwood-Bud Limited Liability Company. The company expects to receive UAH 2 million. According to the YouControl service, it was registered in October 2024. The owner is currently Anatoliy Holub.

The company is engaged in sawmill production, sewage and wastewater treatment, and the collection and treatment of hazardous waste. Other activities include the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, pipelines and other structures, as well as demolition and preparatory work. The company also performs electrical installation, water supply, heating, air conditioning, plastering, roofing, carpentry, finishing and finishing works. The company is engaged in wholesale trade of timber, building materials and household goods, provides freight transport and auxiliary transport services, as well as cleaning and clearing of territories.

The company was founded by Vitalii Panchyshyn, whom 368.media called the father of Oleksandr Panchyshyn, a former chief specialist of the public procurement coordination department of Odesa City Council, who became director of the municipal enterprise Administrator of Household Waste Management Services in June 2024.

Despite the fact that the company is only six months old, it has already won a tender in December 2024 worth UAH 920 thousand and two tenders in 2025 worth UAH 4 million 20 thousand.

In particular, in December 2024, the municipal enterprise Specialized Utility Company entered into an agreement with Redwood-Bud LLC to remove trees at three cemeteries in Odesa.
