On October 2, Iryna Syabrenko, a judge of the Kazankivsky District Court in Mykolaiv Oblast, acquired renewable energy equipment worth 426,400 hryvnias. The equipment consists of a hybrid power supply system with solar panels, a battery, and a gasoline-powered generator.

This is evidenced by a report on significant changes in her financial status, which the judge submitted on October 4.

According to the declaration, the system was purchased and installed on October 2, 2026. It consists of 10 kW photovoltaic modules, a 10 kW energy storage unit, and a 3.5–3.8 kW gasoline generator.

The equipment is manufactured by Deye. The value of the property is 426,400 hryvnias.

The report lists Ukrainian citizen Alona Kulish as the source. However, the document does not specify the nature of these funds or the relationship between her and the judge; therefore, there is no basis for asserting that the system was a gift.

No new items are listed in the sections on income, real estate, vehicles, securities, and corporate rights in this declaration. No expenses were declared either.

Iryna Syabrenko is a judge at the Kazankivsky District Court in Mykolaiv Oblast. In the 2025 declaration analyzed by the Center for Public Investigations and Intent, she was listed as the chair of that court.

According to the analysis, in 2025, the Syabrenko family received 2,220,000 hryvnias in income. Of this amount, 1,410,000 hryvnias was the judge’s salary, and her husband, Mykola Bibik, earned an additional 809,000 hryvnias. A year earlier, the family had declared 2,280,000 hryvnias.
