The plaintiff challenged the procedure for convening and organizing the conference of the party’s Odessa city organization, which was scheduled to take place on August 13, 2026, on the grounds that the party failed to properly notify members of the conference’s convening and had not conducted an open and accessible procedure for nominating and electing conference delegates.
