A contractor has been selected to repair the shelter for 6 million for a kindergarten in Odesa

The Center for Financing and Economic Activity of Educational Institutions of Peresypskyi District of Odesa has conducted a tender to select a company to pay for the overhaul of the basement.

The announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

It is about the construction of a civil defense structure for the Odesa pre-school education institution "Nursery - Kindergarten" No. 88. The procurement was held on September 13 in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the only participant was Capri Top Limited Liability Company. The company requested UAH 6 million 483.7 thousand.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2021. The owner is Maria Marchenko , a resident of Rozdilnyansky district.

Open bidding with peculiarities implies that almost all terms are shorter than in open bidding under the Law on Public Procurement. The period for submitting bids is seven calendar days, and the period for challenging qualifications is five calendar days. Often, there is no auction during such bidding, so the bidder has no competitors.

However, after the start of the full-scale invasion, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine temporarily changed the rules of bidding for the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation. Thus, the government temporarily canceled electronic auctions. Since then, tenders announced in Prozorro can be held without an auction.

Also, the State Enterprise "Local Road Service" held a procurement to select a company that will be paid to repair a section of the public road of local importance Zatyshshia - Vesela Balka - Torosove. This is a routine repair. The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and the only participant was Progresdorbud Limited Liability Company. If the deal is concluded, the company expects to pay UAH 57 million 138.6 thousand, and the works are expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.
