Mykolaiv has decided who will repair a part of the water supply network in the Kulbakine neighborhood.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, this became known from an announcement published on the public procurement website Prozorro.

Mykolaivvodokanal held an open tender for the reconstruction of the water supply network in Solnechnyi Lane and the territory of the military unit near the Zorya-Mashproekt plant in the Kulbakine neighborhood on June 27. Only one company, Ukrspetsoborudovaniye LLC, applied for the tender. Since this type of tender involves one participant, this company is waiting for the decision to sign the contract.

If the decision of Mykolaivvodokanal is positive, Ukrspetsoborudovaniye should complete the works, which cost UAH 9.2 million, by the end of October 2025.

Ukrspetsoborudovaniye LLC was registered in 2000 in Mykolaiv. At that time, one of the company's co-founders was Alexey Tsarev, a citizen of the Russian Federation. The current founders of the company were finally formed in 2016 - the company is currently owned by Anatoliy Krylov, a resident of Mykolaiv, and two residents of Odesa region , Maksym and Andriy Krylov. Since 2016, the company has been regularly receiving public contracts. The total amount of the contracts is currently UAH 289.9 million. In terms of geography, these are contracts in Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

Last year,Mykolaivvodokanal awarded a UAH 12.2 million contract to its regular partner Ukrspetsoborudovaniye LLC. At the same time, the estimates for the reconstruction of the collector on Potemkinska Street remained unavailable for public viewing.

Also in Mykolaiv region, a multimillion-dollar tender for the reconstruction of a water supply system was won by a company involved in a criminal case of misappropriation of funds. Despite suspicions of overcharging, the company continues to receive contracts from local authorities.
