Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces once again attacked the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, striking residential buildings, critical infrastructure, and administrative buildings. At least 24 people were injured, including a child.

According to the Kherson Regional State Administration, the enemy targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods in the region’s towns and villages. Two high-rise buildings and seven private homes, a store, and private vehicles were damaged.

As a result of the Russian aggression, 22 people were injured, including one child.

Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, added that trolleybus service in Kherson has been temporarily suspended due to damage to the overhead contact line.

“Specialists are assessing the extent of the damage to the overhead wire system and carrying out emergency repair work,” Shanko noted.

According to him, over the past 24 hours, six people were injured on Komkova Street in the Korabelny district of Kherson as a result of attacks by Russian drones. In terms of the number of casualties, this street has become the most dangerous location in the Kherson City Territorial Community.

Over the past day, the community has seen a very high level of activity by Russian drones. FPV drones, “Mavic” and “Krylo” reconnaissance UAVs, “Molniya” strike UAVs, and “Lancet” kamikaze drones were detected. There were also reports of a threat of a ballistic missile strike.

Meanwhile, the Mykolaiv region came under attack by Shahed-type strike drones. In Ochakiv, two women, aged 48 and 55, were injured. One of them was hospitalized in moderate condition, which doctors assess as stable. The other victim is receiving outpatient treatment.

According to Georgiy Reshetilov, acting head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, the attack damaged two administrative buildings and one office building, a bank branch, a retail store, a transformer substation, a power line, and a car.

In addition, yesterday and this morning, Russian troops attacked the Kutsurub and Ochakiv communities in the Mykolaiv district using two FPV drones. A private home was damaged in the village of Dniprovske. There were no casualties.

Meanwhile, over the past 24 hours, forces and assets of the Ukrainian Navy, as part of the Defense Forces groupings, destroyed seven Shahed/“Gerbera”-type attack drones.
