A tender for the renovation of a kindergarten has been announced in Mykolaiv region. The city budget has allocated more than UAH 16 million for this purpose.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

It is planned to overhaul the Bilozirsk pre-school institution Cheburashka. The repair was ordered by the Department of Urban Development and Architecture of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

Proposals can be submitted until December 5, and the auction is scheduled to start on December 6. The expected value of the procurement is UAH 16 million 484 thousand 642.

According to the terms of reference, the selected contractor must provide confirmation of the availability of employees with appropriate qualifications, experience in performing similar work, a license for construction activities, and the presence of a person at the enterprise appointed by order to be responsible for military registration.

If the tender proposal is submitted by an association of participants, it must include a document on its establishment.

Also, upon completion of the overhaul, the contractor is required to clear the area of construction debris, use water and electricity sparingly, and prevent emergencies in a timely manner.

Recently, a company with a small number of construction workers was awarded the contract for shelters in Mykolaiv kindergartens. The total cost of the work is over one million hryvnias. The work was entrusted to Nikovita, which has only six construction workers on its staff. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024.

The repair of the Mykolaiv lyceum shelter was awarded to a permanent contractor for 35 million. It is planned to reconstruct a part of the basement of Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 3. The bidding was attended by only one participant, who is constantly receiving contracts from the city council's departments and offices.

The city also announced a second tender for the construction of a shelter for the Oleksandrivsk Lyceum. The previous agreement was terminated due to project adjustments. Despite the fact that the Dream ecosystem states that the project has been implemented since April 2024, the construction contract was signed in 2023 for UAH 36 million.
