In Odesa region, major repairs are planned for an apartment building that was damaged during Russia's armed aggression. It will become clear who will receive millions from the city budget on September 17.

This is evidenced by the data of the Prozorro procurement system.

A tender has been announced in Izmail for the overhaul of an apartment building that suffered as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. The building in question is located on Prydunayska Street. The cost of the work was estimated at UAH 14.9 million.

The procurement documentation states that the cost of works in 2026, 2027, 2028 shall be determined by the winner as an equally distributed amount for these years of the difference between the total cost and the cost in 2025. The price of this contract is also dynamic, meaning that it may change depending on new conditions. The warranty period is 10 years from the date of acceptance of the works. The amount of funding was increased to over UAH 23 million. And the list of objects to be restored was supplemented with new addresses and the amount of money needed to repair them.
