Mykolaiv region: Head of court replaced: what she declares together with her police husband

A new head of the Snihuriv District Court was elected in Mykolaiv region. It is Oleksandra Bodrova.

This was reported by the Judiciary of Ukraine.

They said that on October 7, 2024, the court held a meeting of judges, the agenda of which included the election of the court's chairman.

According to the results of a secret ballot, Judge Bodrova Oleksandra Petrivna was elected as the head of the Snihuriv District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast, replacing Ivanna Kvitka, who had headed the institution for two consecutive terms.

It should be added that the Snihuriv District Court resumed its work on April 1, 2023. Currently, the court has 4 judges out of the 4 on the staff list.

Oleksandra Bodrova graduated from the I. I. Mechnikov Odesa National University in 2006 with a degree in Law. She worked as an assistant judge of the Court of Appeal of Kherson Oblast. In June 2020, she was appointed a judge of the Snihuriv District Court.

According to the declaration, Olena Bodrova declared an apartment of 56.3 square meters, which she has been renting since the beginning of 2023. In addition, she owns a 700-square-meter land plot with the right to use it, which is granted by the Velykokardashynske village council.

Her husband, Volodymyr Kozlovsky, owns a 1000 square meter land plot that he purchased in 2014. He also owns a 92.4-square-meter apartment, which he purchased in 2020 for one and a half million hryvnias. In addition, the couple owns another apartment, which was declared in October 2023, but its area is not specified.

Kozlovsky also owns a 2008 Hyundai Getz, which he purchased for UAH 74,900.

The couple's income at the main place of work: Olena Bodrova received more than UAH 675 thousand in salary, and her husband, working in the police of Lviv region, earned more than UAH 548 thousand.

Recently, a new chairman of the Bilyayivka district court was elected in Odesa region. It was Serhiy Dranikov.

In addition, the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal, which operates in Odesa, elected a new chairman to replace Oleksandr Dzhaburia. Stepan Domuschi became the new head.

Prior to that, on September 16, judges of the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa elected a new chairman to replace Serhiy Kichmarenko, and the deputy chairman ,Vadym Kovalenko, was appointed .
