Mykolaiv Executive Committee of Poetry to replace windows and doors in administrative building at public expense

The Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council has announced an auction for carpentry work. It is planned to spend more than two and a half million hryvnias.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

It is planned to spend 2 million 691 thousand 082 hryvnias from the budget for carpentry and carpentry work, or rather, for the replacement of metal-plastic windows and door blocks in the administrative building of the committee.

The auction is scheduled to take place on September 6. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 13 thousand 455. The services are to be provided by December 16, 2024. The customer will pay for the services after acceptance of the work within ten days.

No bid security is required.

Among other works, the contractor will dismantle window sills, window openings, door blocks and knock off plaster. They also have to caulk the slopes and paint the walls. In some cases, window units with reduced heat transfer values of up to 80% are allowed.

In August, the Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv City Council planned to carry out routine repairs to the basement of the first entrance, which is located in the administrative building. The plan is to arrange a simple shelter for the members of the executive committee. The expected cost of the repair is UAH 4 million 805 thousand 759.

Only one company took part in the bidding process and won the tender - NDB-GROUP Limited Liability Company. In less than two years since its establishment, the company has already earned more than UAH 14 million from tenders. The only customer was Mykolaiv City Council.

They also announced another auction for the repair of basements in the administrative building of the executive committee. This time, the purchase price is over three hundred thousand hryvnias. According to the terms of reference, the contractor has to dismantle water pipes and install new ones, run a sewer system, dismantle lamps and replace them with LED lamps.
