The collaborators systematically met with the so-called "leaders" of the region to discuss the "prospects" for the development of the occupation pseudo-entities. In the "subordinate" territories, they organized propaganda events in support of the occupiers and implemented the educational process according to Russian standards in local educational institutions. One of the traitors attended thematic events in Russia to improve her "management" skills.

The press service noted that the third enemy accomplice voluntarily joined the enemy authorities and headed the occupation administration in the village of Ingulets, Bilozerska village community in the region. The so-called "starosta" helped the occupiers establish new "orders" and called on his fellow countrymen to support the "new" government.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served the offenders a notice of suspicion under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 (collaboration) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
