The unfinished nine-story building in Zatoka, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Odesa region, which was put up for auction for the seventh time with a starting price of UAH 98 million 895 thousand, failed to be sold again.

As noted in the auction protocol in the Prozorro.Sale system, this happened due to the absence of participants.

The building is the property of the bankrupt Pivdenbud Limited Liability Company. The auction was organized by the arbitration manager Yuriy Menzarenko, who was appointed by the Economic Court of Odesa Region in August.

The auction also includes the following items:

The right to lease a land plot of 0.8 hectares. Term of validity: 25 years, with the right of extension. Among the advantages is the location - 200 meters to the sea.

The house was put up for the seventh auction in early August. Prior to that, there were no bidders for the unfinished nine-story building in Zatoka, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Odesa region, for the sixth time.

The auction, which was scheduled to take place on June 5, failed due to the lack of participants.

The fourth attempt to sell this unfinished building on May 27 also failed.

Last year, they tried to sell the building three times, and the last auction, announced in December with a starting price of UAH 120 million, failed due to the lack of bidders.

It was the third and the proposed starting price was 40 million cheaper than during the second attempt. Then the house was put up for sale for UAH 160 million, but there were no takers.

The starting price during the second attempt was also reduced by 40 million.

The first time this building was put up for sale in October with a starting price of 200 million, but no buyers were found.
