In villages in the TOT of Kherson region and other temporarily occupied territories, regular cases of conscription of 18-year-old Ukrainians who received a Russian passport have been recorded.

This was reported by the press service of the National Resistance Center.

The post says that Ukrainians are being drafted into the conscript army, but it is known that the Russians continue to force conscripts to sign contracts and send them to the front.

"It is worth noting that it is becoming increasingly difficult to avoid obtaining a Russian passport, because without it, the occupiers refuse to provide any services and the risk of falling under the Russian repressive machine increases," the press service added.

Thus, the post added that without a Russian passport, Russians generally refuse to accept Ukrainians, except in cases of emergency. In this way, the enemy does not fulfill the basic requirement of international law for the occupiers - to ensure the vital activity of the region, and also places the military in civilian hospitals.

The press service also added that the occupiers violate international law, which prohibits conscripting residents of the occupied territories into the occupying army, or even engaging them in military cooperation.

Earlier it was reported that as part of the forced passportization, Russians are forcing Ukrainians to register with fake "military commissariats" while denying mobilization. But when registering, Ukrainians are pressured to sign a contract and become "volunteers." In this way, the occupiers are currently conducting hidden mobilization in the left-bank part of the Kherson region and other temporarily occupied territories.

It was also said that within the framework of the so-called "autumn draft", which began on October 1, Russia plans to forcibly mobilize 3,000 Crimean residents into the ranks of its army. This is the 20th coercive campaign on the peninsula, which not only violates international law and the Geneva Convention, but also aims to suppress any resistance and change the demographic composition of the peninsula by involving men in an aggressive war against Ukraine.
